Kerrie originally studied as a manufacturing systems engineer and built a career in manufacturing in Europe and Australia, with a specific focus on change management and process re-engineering. She loves working with people putting lean methodologies into practise. She specialised in using and teaching techniques for continuous improvement — to change production environments to become more agile, and the team members more involved and motivated. She has recently completed a web development course, enjoying especially front end development.

Kerrie is a creative and collaborative problem solver and experienced project manager. Her latest personal project is learning to ride a motorbike!
