The Fellows identified and prioritised 20+ problem statements that could be used by Cenitex to roadmap future digital initiatives and projects. Three prototypes – for incident management comms, an online help desk and an inclusive language tool were developed in response to the highest priority problem statements
The team also identified dozens of blockers that could be used to evaluate organisational culture within Cenitex and enable an environment where innovation can thrive.
The fellowship was then extended to deploy the redesigned Incident Management notifications on their Whispr platform”
